(5/09/2025) DILI, TIMOR-LESTE – TIO Publishing is pleased to announce the signing of a preliminary partnership agreement with the Instituto Superior Dom Bosco (ISDB). Under this new collaboration, TIO Publishing will serve as the official co-publisher for academic research and literature produced by ISDB’s esteemed faculty.
The partnership aims to elevate the visibility of Timorese scholarship, specifically focusing on the fields of Philosophy and Religion. TIO Publishing will provide comprehensive support throughout the publishing lifecycle, including:

- Production and Design Management
- Global and Local Distribution
Leading the editorial coordination for this project is Rev. Padre Plácido Teófilo Freitas, PhD. As the co-publisher and academic lead, Dr. Freitas will provide vital guidance to ensure that the theological and philosophical research meets the highest academic standards.
